The Live Access Server makes it easy to download or visualize selected subsets of data. The data or subsets of the data can be downloaded in a variety of formats. Click on the "Help" button in the upper right of the Live Access Server main page to get help on how to use these features during your LAS session.

You may request custom subsets of the data in the following formats:

• Plotted image (GIF)
• Spreadsheet
• NetCDF file (NetCDF Information)
• Tab-delimited file
• Comma-delimited file
• Generic ASCII file
• ArcView gridded (can be imported into the commercial ArcView software)
• VRML globe (VRML Information)

Subsets may be chosen on various space-time axes:

• Longitude-Latitude plane
• Monthly time series
• Profiles along lines of longitude or latitude
• Longitude or latitude profiles vs time
